Privacy

This site is reign.online, run by REIGN MUSIC LLC. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to data when you visit. Questions, or a request to delete something: bookings@reign.online.

The short version

There are no accounts here and nothing to sign up for. We measure how many people visit, where they came from, and how many tap through to a streaming service. We do not sell personal information.

What gets collected

• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, the link or ad that sent you, approximate location from your IP address (city level), device and browser type, and taps on the Listen buttons. It sets its own cookies in your browser.
• Advertising measurement. If you arrive from an Instagram or Facebook ad, the Meta pixel records the visit and whether you tapped through to a streaming service, so the ad can be measured. Some of the same information is also sent to Meta from our server, including the page address, a browser identifier from the Meta cookie, and your browser type.
• Hosting. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the site up and secure.
• Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives the request that loads them.

The video

Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. Press it and the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, at which point YouTube can set its own cookies and its terms apply. If you never press play, YouTube is never contacted.

When you leave for a streaming service

Tapping Listen sends you to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or SoundCloud. What those services collect is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Who sees it

The measurement described above is shared with the companies that provide it: Google and Meta. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Your choices

• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works either way.
• Opt out of Google Analytics anywhere with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Change what Meta uses for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Ad and tracker blockers work here. Nothing on the site depends on them being off.
• Email us to ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted. We will delete what we hold and ask our providers to do the same.

How long it is kept

Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months. Advertising data follows Meta's retention. Server logs are short lived and held by our host.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
